Google Account Information: When you sign in via Google OAuth 2.0, we receive your email address, display name, user ID, and profile picture URL. This is strictly used for licensing verification and Pro subscription management.
Subscription & Licensing Details: Information regarding your active subscription plan (Free or Pro), subscription start/end dates, and Razorpay payment reference IDs.
Usage Metrics: Aggregated count of patient screening entries automated to display usage statistics in your extension dashboard.

🔒 Patient Health Data & NCD Portal Security:

NCD Screening Automation processes NCD patient data strictly locally within your web browser. Patient medical records, names, mobile numbers, and screening inputs are NEVER saved, stored, or transmitted to our backend servers or any third-party servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely for the following purposes:

To authenticate your identity and grant access to Pro features.
To manage and process subscription orders via Razorpay.
To deliver dynamic automation configurations and security updates.
To provide customer support and respond to user inquiries.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do NOT sell, trade, or rent your personal data to any third parties. We only share information with trusted service providers required to operate our service:

Google Cloud Platform / Firebase: Secure database storage for user account and subscription records.
Razorpay: Secure payment gateway processing for subscription purchases. Payment card and bank details are processed directly by Razorpay and never stored on our servers.

We implement industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit and restricted, role-based access control for cloud database storage.
